In the transmission shaft, a sliding spline consisting of a sliding fork and a spline shaft is usually set in order to achieve the change of the transmission length. In order to reduce the axial sliding resistance and wear of sliding spline, sometimes we use phosphating or spraying nylon layer on spline teeth, while others are rolling elements such as rollers, rollers or balls in spline slot.
